Why is the Bearing area livable?

If the term “Bearing” is mentioned, this is known as the name of BTS Station. If the future outlook of the Bearing area is considered, the overview of the Late of Sukhumvit, around Bang Na Intersection must be seen. This area will have a big retail project from The Mall Group. It is “Bangkok Mall” Shopping Center on the area more than 100 rais. It pulled AEG Group who is the giant in entertainment and sports business in the world class from USA to build World Class Arena to be the center of the shopping and entertainment centers in Asia. This project will be the turning point for the Bang Na area continuing to Bearing area. It makes the demand the dwellings in the Bearing area more active.
